Cancellation Policy

All services must be booked in advance with Grind Time Movers. Bookings are confirmed once required details and any applicable deposit or payment authorization are received. Prices are estimates and may change if job conditions differ from the information provided. Arrival times are estimated windows and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs. Rescheduling or cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee. Changes made within 48 hours may result in a rescheduling or cancellation fee, forfeiture of deposit, or minimum service charge. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full minimum service fee. Deposits, when required, are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within the cancellation window. Final payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, clear access to work areas, securing pets, and ensuring safe conditions. Additional charges may apply for undisclosed conditions, extra labor, restricted access, or added services. Grind Time Movers reserves the right to refuse or stop service for unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or undisclosed conditions. Weather-related delays or rescheduling will not result in penalties. Damage claims or service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Refunds are not provided for completed services. By booking, you agree to these policies, which apply to all services and may change without notice.
